Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Insurance Sales Agent role based in Cairo, Egypt, with some flexibility for work from home. The Insurance Sales Agent will identify prospective clients, present suitable insurance products, and guide customers through the sales and enrollment process. Daily activities include conducting consultations, explaining policy features and benefits, preparing quotations, and following up on leads to close sales. The role also involves providing ongoing customer service, handling inquiries and policy updates, and collaborating with internal teams and brokerage partners to ensure a smooth customer experience. The agent will maintain accurate records, meet sales targets, adhere to regulatory and company compliance standards, and participate in training and team meetings.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and Sales, including lead generation, consultative selling, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service, focusing on responsive communication, problem-solving, and building long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage, including product features, policy terms, and market practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and build trust with diverse customers.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accurate documentation of client interactions.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with basic digital literacy for using CRM tools, online communication platforms, and remote collaboration.
• Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or sales is preferred; a relevant university degree or equivalent professional experience is beneficial.
• Fluency in Arabic and good command of English, with the ability to work within regulatory and ethical guidelines in the Egyptian insurance market.
