Insurance Sales Producer — The Thompson Agency | Independent Agency | P&C Licensed About the Opportunity Brightway Insurance is hiring a licensed Insurance Sales Producer for its independently owned agency in Rexburg, ID. This is a full-time hybrid/remote sales role with access to Brightway's national carrier network, agency support infrastructure, and uncapped earning potential. What You'll Do Sell personal lines insurance products (auto, home, life) to new and existing customers Manage your pipeline and follow up with inbound leads provided by the agency Consult with customers to identify the right coverage for their needs Meet or exceed monthly sales targets in a performance-driven environment What We're Looking For Active P&C insurance license required 1–3 years of insurance or sales experience preferred Strong communication skills and a consultative approach to selling Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently Why Brightway?
