AO Globe Life is looking for an Insurance Services Representative to help clients understand insurance coverage options that may support their families during unexpected events. This remote role involves meeting with prospective clients, identifying their needs, and providing clear education around life, supplemental health, and accident insurance.
You will receive warm leads, comprehensive training, and ongoing coaching to support your success. Bilingual communication skills are welcomed.
Responsibilities
Connect with clients using company-provided warm leads
Schedule and conduct virtual client meetings
Learn about client needs, priorities, and coverage questions
Explain available insurance options and product benefits
Help clients make informed decisions
Provide timely follow-up and high-quality client support
Build and maintain professional relationships
Participate in ongoing training and mentorship

Important Information About This Opportunity
This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
