Role Description The Insurance Team Leader is a full-time hybrid role based in Al Manşūrah, with a mix of on-site work and the flexibility to work from home. This role oversees day-to-day team operations within the insurance function, including coordinating workload, monitoring performance, and ensuring service levels and compliance standards are met. The Insurance Team Leader supports insurance sales and service activities by guiding team members in handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering timely, accurate information on insurance and investment-related products. The role includes reviewing reports and metrics, identifying process improvements, and collaborating with finance, sales, and operations teams to optimize client outcomes. The Insurance Team Leader also mentors team members through coaching, feedback, and training, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture aligned with organizational values. Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Finance and Insurance skills, including understanding of insurance products, investment solutions, and related regulatory requirements.
Candidates should possess effective Team Management skills, including leadership, performance monitoring, coaching, and the ability to coordinate a hybrid team.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, including handling inquiries, issue resolution, and maintaining a client-focused approach.
Candidates should possess relevant Sales skills, including supporting sales initiatives, identifying opportunities, and collaborating with sales teams to achieve targets.
Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Candidates should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in using office and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, CRM systems).
Candidates should preferably have previous experience in insurance, asset management, or financial services, and experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
Candidates should ideally hold a relevant bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications in insurance or investment are an advantage.
