Key Responsibilities
Review incoming personal injury cases for merit and viability
Analyze liability, causation, damages, and evidentiary strength
Provide clear, defensible recommendations on case acceptance
Collaborate with intake teams and external personal injury firms
Maintain organized, timely documentation and review workflows
Support consistent decision-making standards across intake processes
Report directly to the Intake Manager
