We are looking for an outstanding Integrated Campaigns Manager to drive our marketing campaigns across the APAC region. This is a phenomenal opportunity to help shape the future of our strategy and customer journeys to drive pipeline for our regional sales teams. You will sit within the International Integrated Campaigns team, working closely with the EMEA and APAC field marketing teams to drive a seamless, revenue generating engine. You will need to be a revenue focused marketing professional with exceptional collaboration skills and a desire to get stuck in. There is a huge opportunity for growth and learning and a true appetite for innovation and new ideas. What You'll Do: Your primary goal is pipeline creation, but your impact doesn't stop there. As a marketing team we are looking to build new, innovative, scalable campaigns and processes that maximise every dollar of marketing spend and puts customers at the center. Key Responsibilities ● Campaign creation and execution: Develop and execute integrated campaigns to support regional pipeline targets across email & social marketing, webinars and virtual events. ● Develop events and activities that resonate strongly in the local markets to drive highly qualified leads for the sales and ADR teams. ● Partner with Regional Marketing & Sales: Work hand in hand with field marketing and regional sales teams to optimise the full marketing mix across the region, delivering quality leads to drive pipeline growth. ● Global Matrix Collaboration: Work seamlessly with global marketing teams to adapt initiatives for local relevance in International markets, as well as INTL Integrated Marketing function to align closely with Digital Demand Generation and EMEA/APAC Integrated Campaigns. ● Performance Analytics: Take responsibility for owning and presenting campaign results for the region. Reviewing successes and failures and adapting future strategy for the optimal results What You Will Bring to Coupa: ● Revenue Focus: You will be laser focused on driving pipeline growth and able to critically evaluate performance to drive future strategy. ● Strong Campaigns Experience: You will have demonstrable experience in creating revenue generating campaigns within the International region. ● Tech Stack Savvy: Confident knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo (or similar MAPs), and the modern revenue marketing stack. Ability and enthusiasm to explore new ways of working to utilise existing platforms to drive efficiencies, results and/or customer experience. ● Can-do attitude: We work at a fast pace and often lead the charge in developing new ways of doing things. You need a positive attitude and sometimes “outside of the box” mentality to get things done. ● Collaboration & Relationship Skills: Everyday at Coupa is busy and brings new challenges.
