- Ensure effective deployment of available resources to maximise value and performance.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead collaboration across operations, maintenance, engineering, logistics and supporting functions to enable integrated planning and delivery.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and create alignment around asset priorities and execution plans.
- Reduce delivery friction through effective coordination, communication and governance.
Continuous Improvement & Performance Delivery
- Drive alignment between work as imagined and work as performed in the field.
- Ensure lessons learned, operational feedback and execution insights are incorporated into future planning activities.
- Monitor and improve planning effectiveness, execution performance and asset outcomes.
- Foster a high-performing team culture built on accountability, collaboration, learning and psychological safety.
