Strong capability in functional/process design: order orchestration, allocation/routing, drop ship workflows, inventory synchronization, returns. Proficiency creating user stories, acceptance criteria, end-to-end test scenarios, and traceability matrices. Tools: Jira/Confluence, Git-based repositories, CI/CD pipelines, API spec tools (Swagger/OpenAPI), data mapping tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of cross-team coordination and vendor management.
