Role: Senior Enterprise Integration Engineer

Location: Hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days off-site), Luxembourg

Required skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Strong software development experience using Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong experience with Apache Camel or similar enterprise integration frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, API design principles, and SOAP Web Services.
• Experience designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise integration solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, integration architecture principles, microservices, and distributed architectures.
• Experience designing end-to-end integration solutions, including orchestration, transformation, routing, and protocol mediation.
• Experience with API lifecycle management, including design, publishing, versioning, monitoring, and retirement.
• Good knowledge of databases and data access technologies.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated build and deployment processes.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates.
• Experience configuring, maintaining, and supporting integration platforms in production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, including root cause analysis of connectivity, message delivery, performance, and resiliency issues.
• Knowledge of security, performance, scalability, availability, reliability, and regulatory requirements for enterprise integration solutions.
• Ability to produce and maintain technical documentation, including solution and integration architecture documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to take ownership of technical topics, drive initiatives to completion, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Strong focus on quality, security, reliability, and maintainability.

Nice to have:

• Experience with API Management platforms.
• Knowledge of Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with enterprise messaging solutions.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
