Integration Manager

We invite an Integration Manager to join VeliPayments team within Turnkey. Payments is our all-in-one gateway built for speed, simplicity, and security. In this role, you will: Manage the integration of our platform with third-party services using APIs (payment systems, banks, etc.). Connect our platform with online merchants using API. Analyse and optimise requirements documentation related to monitoring interactions. Optimise the platform and external systems integration processes. Keep internal integration documentation up-to-date. Provide support to ensure stable integrations with external systems, including incident management and monitoring key quality indicators of interactions. Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Support) to ensure seamless integration processes and resolve technical issues. Skills and experience you will need: Understanding of the FinTech domain, especially payments processes like Visa/Mastercard, Internet acquiring, payment cards, e-wallets, payment systems, 3D Secure, etc. Experience with task tracking systems (Jira, Confluence) Practical experience (1 year+) in conducting new integrations and maintaining existing ones with payment systems, banks, PSPs. Experience with logs analysis and monitoring tools like Kibana, Grafana, etc. Proficiency in API technologies (REST API, JSON, HTTP), experience with tools like Postman. Intermediate-level English proficiency for reading technical documentation and communicating with external support. Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript. Would be a plus: Experience in roles such as Technical Support Engineer or QA. Understanding of PCI DSS purpose and processes.
