Summary The Senior Integration Manager plays a key role in Aspen’s growth strategy by leading the end-to-end integration of acquired businesses into Aspen. This role is responsible for translating deal objectives into executable integration plans, driving cross-functional coordination, and ensuring value capture with minimal disruption to customers, employees, and operations. The ideal candidate brings strong operational and project leadership experience, is comfortable working across functions and levels of the organization, and can quickly build trust with acquired teams and internal stakeholders. In This Position, You Will Have the Opportunity To Integration Planning & Execution Lead the integration of acquired companies into Aspen, realizing planned growth and synergies in line with deal objectives. Develop comprehensive integration plans for each acquisition, including workstream structure, milestones, resource requirements, risk mitigations, and success criteria. Lead cross-functional integration teams across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance/Accounting, Commercial, HR, IT, QA/RA, and order-to-cash through initiatives including (but not limited to): Commercial integration: customer communication, sales force alignment, portfolio rationalization, etc. Order-to-cash integration and transition activities Data migration & ERP implementation People integration: payroll & benefits transition, cultural onboarding Quality & regulatory integration in compliance with applicable standards Where applicable, lead manufacturing transfer activities, including equipment moves, training, facility readiness, and supply continuity planning Track integration progress against the plan, identify and mitigate risks and issues, and drive accountability across functional workstreams. Manage multiple integration projects simultaneously at different stages of maturity, prioritizing effectively across a dynamic deal pipeline. Synergy Tracking & Value Creation Ensure cost and revenue synergies are identified, assigned, and delivered on schedule. Partner with Finance to build synergy models, establish baseline metrics, and report progress against integration assumptions Identify value creation opportunities beyond initial synergy targets (including process improvements) and drive them to realization. Stakeholder Management & Communication Serve as the primary integration point of contact for acquired businesses, building trust and alignment quickly in what is often a sensitive and uncertain environment, often requiring significant time spent on site. Prepare regular integration status updates for leadership, translating complex multi-workstream progress into clear executive narratives. Manage integration communications to employees, customers, and key partners, ensuring messaging is timely, accurate, and reinforces Aspen’s culture and values. Navigate organizational and cultural dynamics with sensitivity and professionalism, recognizing that successful integration is as much about people as it is about process. Build strong relationships with Aspen’s functional leaders, ensuring integration work is resourced appropriately and prioritized alongside day-to-day operational responsibilities. Integration Capability & Process Building Continuously improve Aspen’s integration methodology, tools, and playbook based on experience across transactions. Build organizational integration capability by coaching functional workstream leads on integration best practices and project management fundamentals. Conduct post-integration reviews to assess what worked, what didn’t, and how the integration playbook should evolve for future integrations. What You Need to Succeed in This Position Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field required; MBA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, operations, management consulting, or corporate development, with significant exposure to M&A integration. Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-workstream projects Deep operational experience across multiple business functions — including Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Commercial, and/or HR — with the ability to credibly engage and lead integration work in each. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with competing priorities. Strong financial acumen, including the ability to build and track synergy models, manage integration budgets, and communicate results to executive audiences. Experience operating in environments where speed, value creation, and accountability are paramount. Exceptional communication and executive presence skills; ability to present integration status and risks clearly to senior leadership Up to 40% travel required Preferred Experience Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience strongly preferred. Prior experience with integration and post-acquisition value creation. Hands-on experience with ERP migration and/or systems integration Familiarity with ISO 13485 and the implications of regulatory compliance in M&A integration. Experience with IFS or an equivalent ERP. PMP, Six Sigma, or equivalent project management certification.
