Integration Project Manager

This individual will serve as the central coordination point across internal development teams and external vendors, ensuring project milestones are achieved, risks are identified early, and blockers are removed quickly. This role is focused on the successful delivery of a hospitality eCommerce initiative that enables lodging sales through a website connected to Oracle Opera. The Project Manager will work closely with the internal GXT web development team and key vendor partners, including PolyAPI and Spotlio, to drive execution of website, email, and enterprise data warehouse (EDW) integrations. The ideal candidate is a technically savvy project manager who excels at organizing complex initiatives, maintaining accountability, escalating issues appropriately, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned toward delivery objectives. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risk registers. Coordinate activities between the GXT web development team, PolyAPI, Spotlio, and other stakeholders. Drive execution of website, email, middleware, backend, and EDW integration workstreams. Identify risks and issues early and proactively develop mitigation plans. Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications. Hold teams accountable to commitments while appropriately challenging unrealistic timelines or delivery expectations. Escalate critical timing, resource, and integration risks to leadership. Remove blockers that prevent teams from delivering against project objectives. Ensure alignment across business, technical, and vendor teams to support a targeted production pilot release. Maintain clear documentation of project status, decisions, dependencies, and action items. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
