Interim Change Manager

Location: Netherlands Start date: Mid-September / early October Duration: 7–8 months Sector: Energy Riverflex is helping a large international energy company find an experienced Interim Change Manager to support a key transformation programme. The role sits within an ongoing initiative focused on data-driven ways of working and personalisation in the Marketing department. The vision and roadmap are already in place; the next phase centres on implementation, adoption, and embedding sustainable change across the organisation, alongside contributing to a broader commercial transformation focused on processes, collaboration, and ways of working. Key responsibilities Translate strategy into concrete, actionable change plans Drive engagement and buy-in across stakeholders throughout the change process Lead stakeholder management to support adoption and embed change sustainably Support implementation of the transformation roadmap within the Marketing department Contribute to the wider commercial transformation, focused on processes, collaboration, and ways of working Job requirements 5–8+ years of experience as a Change Manager in similar roles Proven track record managing complex transformations Strong stakeholder management skills Fluent in Dutch and English Available to start mid-September / early October Available for a 7–8 month engagement, based in the Netherlands
