Has in-depth understanding of business, financials, services, various markets and the needs of assigned accounts • Understands and stays up-to-date on the recruitment and labour market trends, manages research on client industries, to provide clients with insights and updates and deliver solutions in the areas of engineering, IT, finance, healthcare, HR, education, legal, marketing & communications • Develops and maintains relationships with hiring managers, key client stakeholders and potentially senior decision-makers of accounts managed to drive partnerships • Conducts reviews with clients to discuss performance, outcomes, and future recruitment needs and planning for management and specialist positions • Partners with internal and client cross-functional teams on structuring and executing delivery and strategic initiatives • Supports the deployment of long-term strategic objectives for business and sales growth and diversification • Manages technical aspects of the sales process including product demonstrations, needs assessments, and value propositions • Typically has an industry focus for which they will be consulted Acting as the intermediary between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of recruitment and operations thereby strengthening the partnership with the client, promote EW growth over assigned base, mining of new jobs in, focus on MIPs (Margin Improvement Plans) and ensure high customer satisfaction scores Grade Descriptor • Has in-depth understanding of business, financials, products/services and account needs • Has comprehensive knowledge of the market, competitors and industry trends • Manages independently small accounts or small business opportunities within own specialization • Focuses on cross-selling and/or new business within a market • May train and mentor junior staff Is this the job for you?
