Interim Corporate Paralegal (L&E Focus)

Major, Lindsey & Africa’s Interim Legal Talent group has an immediate need for an Interim Corporate Paralegal (L&E Focus) within the Manufacturing and Repair space.

Overview: MLA is seeking an Interim Corporate Paralegal to assist with Labor & Employment matters, data collection, subpoena responses, and overall process documentation for the next 12-15 weeks.

Company: A premier collision repair company

Experience: 2-3 years+

Location: Remote

Responsibilities Include:
Directly reporting to the Sr. L&E Corporate Counsel, Amanda Kuehner, the Interim Corporate Paralegal shall bring a strong focus on supporting in-house or law firm legal teams. Specifically, this role will support the corporate Labor & Employment function, and work cross-functionally by:

• Supporting the Labor & Employment function within the organization
• Documenting, organizing, and developing all processes within a Labor & Employment legal team
• Collecting data and responding to subpoena requests from internal and external parties
• Collaborating with the entire legal team to make a quick impact and transition duties and responsibilities as applicable

Qualifications Include:

• High School diploma and graduation from an accredited higher learning organization
• 2-3+ years of experience supporting in-house or law firm legal teams
• Specific experience supporting Labor & Employment functions, including data collection, organization, and subpoena response
• Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt, learn, execute, and transition new legal team knowledge and processes

Pay rate: $45+/hour
