Interim Program Manager – IT Adoption & User Enablement

Are you the person who makes new technology actually land with users? For our client, a leading global high-tech company with its European HQ near Schiphol, we're looking for an interim Technical Program Manager to own their European IT user adoption and training programs.

What you'll do

• Lead an internal IT academy program end-to-end: strategy, planning, content, delivery, comms and reporting
• Run the European IT Customer Advisory Board: pilots, user feedback programs, surveys and reporting
• Partner with global IT leaders and project teams to drive adoption and organisational readiness for new tech initiatives
• Boost user experience through awareness, training and engagement campaigns
• Use channels like email, Viva Engage and intranet to educate users on new tools, IT services and change initiatives
• Analyse survey feedback, work with country stakeholders on improvements and track actions to closure

What you bring

• Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or similar
• Experience in ITIL / IT Service Management or enterprise IT environments
• Strong Microsoft 365, digital workplace and user enablement knowledge
• Fluent English; another European language is a plus
• A natural at stakeholder management, presenting and facilitating across cultures
• Able to turn complex tech into clear, engaging training and comms

• Occasional travel within Europe (workshops, trainings, events)
