Primary Responsibilities: Participates in the conceptual design and provides full support through the entire project. Leads the management and development of less experienced Interior Designers. Liaison with Project Manager, Architects, Engineers, and consultants. Develops and represents the lead technical viewpoint on projects. Coordinates with Director on appropriate technical solutions and product strategies. Plans and designs interior design aspects of large or multiple projects by developing appropriate concepts and approaches. Maintains client and external project team member communication for efficient project management. Provides subject matter expertise on specific components of Interior Design. Available to travel, as needed, dependent upon specific project assignments. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from a CIDA accredited college or university 8+ years’ experience in the field of Interior Design. Active NCIDQ Certification preferred or testing in process. Experience with AutoCAD and Revit (or 3D modeling), rendering software (PhotoShop, SketchUp), scheduling software, specification software, and standard business software (MSOffice, Adobe suite, Google docs). Continuing education relevant for position.
