You’ll contribute to a payments-focused fintech platform that enables secure and efficient financial transactions between bank accounts across the U.S. You’ll play a key role in shaping requirements and supporting delivery to improve payment experiences for merchants and customers. 🟩 What's in it for you: Work on a mature fintech payments platform processing real transaction flows at scale Grow your skills in requirements discovery, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management Join a collaborative, cross-functional team where product, business, and engineering work closely together to enable smooth and effective delivery ✅ Is that you? 3+ years as a Business Analyst in Agile development environments Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrumban, or SAFe), backlog management, prioritization, and estimation techniques Hands-on experience with Jira or Azure DevOps for backlog management, user stories, and workflow tracking Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Strong ownership mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach Ability to collaborate effectively across business stakeholders and technical teams Ability to gather, analyze, and clarify incomplete or ambiguous business requirements Ability to write clear user stories and ticket descriptions with well-defined acceptance criteria Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, solution-oriented mindset High attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and completeness Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement Upper-Intermediate+ English level Desirable: Experience in banking, fintech, payments, or other highly regulated industries Familiarity with payment gateways, card processing, or ACH Technical background in software development or quality assurance Scrum Master or Agile facilitation experience 🧩 Key responsibilities and your contribution In this role, you’ll act as a bridge between business and technical teams, helping align priorities, shape the backlog, and support clear, effective delivery of requirements.
