You’ll contribute to an exciting integration project within the dynamic Point of Sale (POS) domain, working closely with a skilled international team of engineers, QAs, product stakeholders, and clients. You’ll use your analytical and communication skills to bridge business needs with technical solutions, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and value throughout the development process. 🟩 What's in it for you: Grow your expertise in the fast-evolving payments and POS technology industry Thrive in a high-visibility, client-facing role, strengthening communication and stakeholder management skills Collaborate within a well-defined Agile SDLC process using modern tools and methodologies ✅ Is that you? 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst Proven skill in documenting system requirements, organizing data, and simplifying complex concepts Technical literacy and understanding of data structures, scripting, infrastructure, and API communication Knowledge of BA methodologies and tools (Story Map, Jira, Confluence) Proficiency in G Suite and flowcharting tools like LucidChart Experience creating wireframes and collaborating with UI/UX teams Experience with bug tracking, modeling, and collaboration tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced English level Confidence, proactivity, and effective communication for client and stakeholder interactions Desirable: Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and modern software engineering practices Familiarity with the payments or finance sectors Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related field Experience preparing requirements for third-party integrations 🧩 Key responsibilities and your contribution In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the product team to document business needs and transform them into clear, actionable technical requirements.
