- Partner with global business teams to prioritize requests and incidents, meet deadlines, and minimize operational disruption.
- Lead investigations into Tagetik production issues, perform root-cause analysis, coordinate resolution, and implement preventive controls.
- Perform accurate system maintenance and configuration changes that support reliable monthly, quarterly, and budgeting processes.
- Extract, validate, and analyze complex financial data, identify issues, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to assess impacts, resolve complex issues, and deliver effective finance systems solutions.
- Contribute to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) ceremonies by refining requirements, estimating work, identifying dependencies, and supporting delivery commitments.
- Manage assigned work through Scrum boards, communicate status and risks proactively, and drive priorities to completion with limited oversight.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least two years of relevant finance systems, application support, or related experience.
- Demonstrated ability to independently support, maintain, and troubleshoot complex finance applications.
- Advanced Excel and SQL skills, including analyzing complex data and writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting queries.
Preferred Qualifications:

- A proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities, evaluating options, and implementing sustainable solutions.
- Ability to understand end-to-end finance processes and assess change impacts, dependencies, and risks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain system and process issues clearly to business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively across global teams.
- Experience working in an Agile delivery environment, preferably using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
