About the role

This internship focuses on Employer Branding, content creation, and storytelling, helping Redcare Pharmacy showcase its people, culture, and employee experience. You’ll support content production, events, onboarding, recruiting campaigns, and employer-brand projects while collaborating with international teams and contributing your own creative ideas.

About your tasks:

• Support Employer Branding projects and daily activities.
• Create and edit video, images, and written content.
• Help plan and organize internal and external employer branding events.
• Support onboarding activities and create a welcoming experience for new employees.
• Manage employer branding materials and event inventory.
• Assist with recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Develop creative ideas to showcase company culture and employees.
• Collaborate with international and cross-functional teams on projects and content.

About you:

• You are currently studying Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• You are creative, curious, and hands-on, with an interest in Employer Branding and storytelling
• You are fluent in English and German
• You enjoy working with people and collaborating across teams and cultures.
• You are reliable, structured, and eager to gain practical experience in an international environment
