We work closely with Treasury, Finance, and Risk to ensure the Bank meets its obligations to the PRA, Bank of England, and other regulators — while continuously improving the quality and efficiency of our reporting processes. ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for an Intern to join our Regulatory Reporting and Treasury team for a 9-month placement, with an immediate start. You'll support the production of a broad range of regulatory returns — including liquidity, capital, and balance sheet-driven submissions — alongside management information and treasury ALCO packs. Assist with balance sheet-driven regulatory returns including FINREP, PRA108, and Bank of England statistical returns (BT, ELS, GT, AD, AL, BE, CC, PL). Contribute to additional exposure-related returns including FSA015, PRA loan book data, asset encumbrance, and mortgage returns (MLAR). Support capital and RWA reporting including own funds, credit exposure returns, leverage ratio, and large exposures. Assist in the preparation of pre-defined and ad hoc management information as directed by the manager. Support production of treasury ALCO packs. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all reporting; highlight gaps or errors in processes or logic and actively contribute to improvements. Support the Pillar 3 document publication process and assist with stress testing, ICAAP, and ILAAP activities. YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE… MBA (Finance) from a Tier 1 institute/ CFA (cleared)/CA (cleared). A strong foundation in financial and accounting concepts, with an interest in regulatory reporting and treasury functions. High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and completeness in all work produced. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines simultaneously. A proactive approach to identifying and resolving process gaps, with a continuous improvement mindset. Nice to Have Prior exposure to regulatory reporting frameworks such as PRA, Bank of England returns, or Basel III metrics. Familiarity with liquidity and capital concepts including LCR, NSFR, or RWA calculations. Experience working with financial data in Excel or other reporting tools.
