The individual will partner closely with the Sales, Finance, and Commercial teams to provide actionable financial insights, strengthen financial controls, improve processes, and drive business performance. What You Will Do Assist in preparing financial reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for management reviews. Conduct variance analysis to identify the key drivers behind actual vs. budget and forecast variances. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect financial inputs and ensure data accuracy. Help maintain and improve financial models, reporting tools, and automated processes. Perform ad hoc financial analyses and provide insights to support business decision-making. What You Need to Be Successful Professional certifications such as CMA, CFA, or progress toward these qualifications are preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and generate meaningful business insights. Basic knowledge of financial reporting, revenue accounting, profitability analysis, and financial controls. Bonus Points if You Have Graduate or postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. Understanding of audit processes, internal controls, and compliance requirements. Strong presentation and data visualization skills. Demonstrated ability to think creatively, take ownership, and drive results.
