Intern, Marketing Commercialization Location: Rolle, Switzerland Overview Start your international marketing career with SC Johnson's Global Graduate Program. This 12-month opportunity offers hands-on experience across brand marketing, e-commerce, commercial strategy, and project management while working with some of Europe's most trusted household brands. Based in our European Marketing Commercialization team, you will gain broad exposure to regional business operations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to projects that directly impact brand growth and business performance across multiple markets. About the Role As a Global Graduate, Marketing, you will join the Home Cleaning Marketing Commercialization Team in Rolle, Switzerland. Supporting both Brand & Equity and E-commerce activities, you will develop strong commercial, analytical, and marketing capabilities while working on real business challenges and regional initiatives. This role is designed to provide a strong foundation for a future career in international marketing through meaningful project ownership, exposure to senior stakeholders, and collaboration across European markets About the Team The European Marketing Commercialization Team is responsible for driving the growth and performance of SC Johnson brands across the region. Within the Home Cleaning category, you'll support brands including Mr Muscle, Duck, Pledge, Shout, and Oust while partnering with colleagues across marketing, sales, digital commerce, supply chain, and external agencies. Responsibilities Support the development and execution of brand-building and e-commerce initiatives across key European markets, helping drive brand equity and commercial performance for leading Home Cleaning brands. Analyze e-commerce, market, and competitor performance data, translating insights into recommendations that improve visibility, content quality, and business results. Support the creation, localization, and optimization of content across digital and e-commerce platforms, working closely with regional teams and external agencies. Coordinate packaging and artwork projects, including product graphics updates, ensuring effective collaboration across functions and timely project delivery. Partner with distributor and commercial teams to support business reviews, monitor follow-up actions, and contribute to customer-focused initiatives. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional stakeholders on regional projects, team priorities, and continuous improvement initiatives. Experience You'll Bring Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Sales, or a related field. Fluent English language skills. Strong interest in marketing, consumer goods, and international business. Willingness to pursue an international career and future mobility opportunities across Europe. Eligibility to work in Switzerland according to local requirements. Preferred Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
