The Role

We are looking for a motivated Intern Product Designer (UI/UX) who is eager to learn to join our team for a 6-month program. In this role, you will help design intuitive user experiences and modern interfaces that make managing creators, campaigns, and agency workflows effortless. You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to turn ideas into user-centered solutions.

This is an unpaid educational internship focused entirely on your personal growth and skill development, providing an exceptional opportunity to build your skills from scratch while learning the ins and outs of a fast-growing tech startup.

Key Responsibilities

UI Design: Design clean, modern, and intuitive interfaces for Creato’s web platform using Figma.

User Experience: Help improve user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to create seamless experiences for agencies and creator managers.

Design Systems: Contribute to maintaining and expanding our design system to ensure consistency across the platform.

Product Collaboration: Work closely with developers and the product team to translate requirements into thoughtful, user-friendly designs.

User-Centered Iteration: Participate in brainstorming sessions, usability discussions, and design reviews while continuously refining your work based on feedback.

Qualifications

Education/Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or coursework in UI/UX Design, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Design Toolkit: Basic familiarity with Figma. Experience with prototyping, components, Auto Layout, or design systems is a plus.

User-Centered Thinking: A passion for creating intuitive digital experiences and solving real user problems through design.

Mindset: A highly motivated, curious individual who is eager to learn, iterate, and grow within a fast-paced startup environment.

Communication: Professional communication skills in English.
