Job Summary We're looking for an Internal Account Manager to drive growth within existing customer accounts by identifying opportunities for additional software, services, training, licences, and hardware. Working closely with Account Managers, Regional Business Development Directors, and the Growth Enablement Team, you'll prepare quotes and proposals, support sales activities, and help deliver an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Drive revenue growth through add-on sales opportunities. Prepare and manage quotes, proposals, and sales orders. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate customer support. Support forecasting, reporting, and commercial activities. Complete supplier questionnaires and security assessments. Coordinate opportunity scoping, pricing discussions, and proposal development. Maintain knowledge of products, NetSuite, and Loopio. About You Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Customer-focused with a passion for sales and service. Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working across cross-functional teams. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams. Essential Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field, or equivalent experience. 2+ years' experience in sales, account management, or complex customer service. Desirable Experience Software or Medical Technology sales within the UK healthcare market. Supporting bids, proposals, and commercial responses. Public sector, IT, or IT services commercial experience. Experience using NetSuite CRM and Loopio . This role requires a working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and the ability to leverage them to improve processes and outcomes. A core understanding of AI concepts is required and must be able to demonstrate the use of AI tools in a professional setting. Onboarding As part of our onboarding process, all new employees will be required to attend / travel to the office on their first day of employment.
