Promotion from Assistant Manager/SC, or AVP to Manager can be offered with rapid career growth in a fast expanding team and successful and established offering.

We are hiring for a leading FS Advisory Partner in an Internal Audit & Risk Offering that is seeing huge demand across a huge network on Investment/Corporate Banks, Investment Management, and Insurance organisation. This includes form Tier 1 Global Organsiations to National players and start-up organisations including the rapidly growing Fintech organisations.

I am working closely with a hugely successful National Partner in this area looking for Senior Managers who have specialised skills in any area of FS Internal Audit. They are looking for candidates who have developed a foundation in Business Internal Audit but now have wider skills and can advise across any of the following areas Prudential Risk (including Market and Credit Risk Internal Audit) Financial Crime, and/or Cyber Security and Technology Risk with senior stakeholders and delivering results in any type of Financial Services Institution in the UK.

Your experience can be from consulting or from an Internal Audit or Risk Internal Audit function of an FS Institution. My client is happy to offer a promotion for an experienced Assistant Manager/Senior Consultant/AVP from Consulting and open to someone from practice or a Management Consultancy like Protiviti, Accenture, or Davies Consulting as examples

You do not have to have a network or be qualified as you will be trained by a leading team in this space and work with leading Institutions that are partnering with the team all the time, they are well above targets in terms of revenue and growth. There will be huge scope to grow and make an impact in a smaller team where you could make Senior Manager in 12 months £110k plus bonus) and Director in 2-3 years (£145k base plus bonus), with clear paths to Partnership which could offer 7 figure leadership routes for you.

There is a flexible hybrid model, with flexible start times, and lots of scope to work from home.
