JOB DESCRIPTION Within the Group Global Communications department, you will join the Internal Communications team to help shape and deliver global communications initiatives. Beyond content production, you will contribute to editorial thinking, community engagement strategies and the continuous improvement of our communication channels. We are looking for someone who enjoys both execution and reflection: someone who likes creating content, but is equally interested in understanding audiences, improving communication effectiveness and contributing ideas that shape our editorial approach. You will be involved in various projects, particularly focusing on: Community Management : Contribute to building and managing the editorial strategy and planning of our internal social platform Create, publish and animate engaging content Analyze engagement metrics and recommend improvements based on performance and employee feedback Identify emerging topics, conversations and opportunities to strengthen engagement Support on the employee advocacy program : Working together with the project manager, support on animating the network of ambassadors, content curation, animation and optimization of the program. Content creation : Assisting in the development of communications assets, including writing agency briefs, creating visuals on Canva or video assets, drafting editorial content and guidelines. Newsletter management Contribute to the production of an internal corporate newsletter and its editorial direction by identifying relevant stories and proposing angles that resonate with employees Support the production process end-to-end: briefing, drafting, agency coordination, validation and distribution and KPIs tracking. Monitor performance and suggest improvements to increase readership and engagement Project management Participate in weekly editorial meetings with internal stakeholders Coordinate communications projects across multiple stakeholders Help prioritize communication requests and contribute to editorial planning Challenge briefs and propose communication approaches adapted to the audience and objectives Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining high editorial standards Coordination with internal and external partners (agencies, production teams) By participating in these diverse projects, you will gain valuable experience in corporate communications, content strategies and employee engagement, all while working alongside a dynamic team committed to fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture. BACKGROUND Level of Education: Master / MBA - Bac + 4/5 / Final year of business school First experience/relevant apprenticeship in a corporate organization / communication agency Area of study: Communications, business school, hospitality Languages: French and English (fluent) WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE? You enjoy writing and can communicate ideas clearly. You pay attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture and take pride in delivering high-quality work. You are comfortable creating presentations and communications materials using tools such as PowerPoint and Canva. You are naturally curious and enjoy spotting trends, identifying opportunities and proposing new ideas. You are able to adapt your communication style to different audiences and stakeholders. You can work independently when given a clear framework and are comfortable taking ownership of your tasks. You are a team player and curious about the hospitality industry, eager to learn in a global environment. You have a genuine interest in the fields of communications and employee engagement. You have excellent writing skills in French and English. Based within Accor's international headquarters in Paris, you will be under the responsibility of and work closely with the Global Director of Engagement & Internal Communications.
