Internal Communications Consultant

🚀 Mission

As Internal Communication Consultant, you will shape and drive client global internal communication strategy and corporate narrative. You will design our internal channels, run quarterly Town Halls, and translate company culture into engaging content for teams worldwide. This role bridges strategy and creative execution to ensure our internal culture seamlessly aligns with our external brand.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Own and execute the global internal communications plan, content calendar, and channel ecosystem (Workvivo, Slack, email, newsletters).

• Run quarterly global Town Halls and company events end-to-end, managing agenda curation, content gathering, cross-department alignment, and logistics.

• Translate Employee Experience, Culture, and ESG initiatives into compelling video series, campaigns, and storytelling pieces in collaboration with Creative teams.

• Write and produce the bi-weekly internal and monthly external newsletters from sourcing information to final copy delivery.

• Safeguard client's corporate narrative across all touchpoints, ensuring tone, messaging, and visual quality alignment between internal and external channels.

• Drive leadership and employee advocacy programs, managing thought-leadership initiatives and the CEO’s LinkedIn presence.

• Maintain regular alignment routines with People, Culture, Marketing, and regional HRBPs to ensure consistent, locally relevant communication.

• Strong background in executing end-to-end internal events, global Town Halls, and executive communications.

• Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills with a strong creative eye for social-first content and video formats.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with People, Design, Video, and leadership teams across multiple regions.

• Fluent English required; exceptional verbal and written communication skills across diverse cultural environments.
