Aids in the creation, editing, and proofreading of internal materials, including company publications, group emails, intranet pages, training materials and employee meeting materials for dissemination through organizational communication channels, to support consistent design integrity. Writes, edits and prepares internal materials, including company publications, group emails, intranet pages, training materials and employee meeting materials for dissemination through organizational communication channels.

Coordinates distribution and tracking of communications, to build appropriate audience profiles and ensures timely delivery and follow-up. Contributes to the planning, delivery and measurement of internal communication plans to help support the execution of company strategies and increase employee engagement.

Maintains distribution lists and other relevant contact lists. Regularly publishes content on communication vehicles (Intranet, newsletters, email, social media, etc.) to ensure on-time, accurate delivery and availability of fresh, updated content.

All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $49,300 to $98,600.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
