Job Description Internal Recruitment Resourcer Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 7pm, UK hours Fully Remote, must be based in JHB or CPT Our client is a specialist recruitment business operating within the Construction and Property sector. With an established reputation for delivering high-calibre talent across a broad cross-section of the industry, the company has experienced sustained growth across multiple markets. With offices in Houston, Miami, and London, the business offers a collaborative, high-performance environment with clear opportunities for long-term progression and development. Due to continued expansion, our client is now seeking an Internal Recruitment Resourcer to support hiring activity across the business and play a key role in attracting top recruitment talent into the organisation. You will be recruiting experienced consultants for their UK and US offices. The Role The successful candidate will support the company’s internal recruitment strategy across multiple offices and teams. This position is focused on identifying, engaging, and securing high-quality talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Responsibilities will include: Partnering with hiring managers to take detailed role briefs and support recruitment planning. Developing and managing effective advertising campaigns to attract high-quality candidates. Proactively sourcing talent through headhunting and direct outreach techniques. Coordinating and conducting candidate interviews to assess suitability and cultural alignment. Managing the offer process through to successful onboarding, including references and candidate aftercare. Supporting and coordinating the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience. Maintaining consistent communication and providing guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Supporting employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s reputation within the market. Building and maintaining talent pipelines for future hiring requirements. Producing recruitment reports and market insights for internal stakeholders. Conducting competitor and market analysis to support ongoing hiring strategy improvements. Contributing to continuous improvements across recruitment processes and candidate experience. Skills & Experience Previous recruitment experience gained either within an agency or internal recruitment environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. Confident communication and relationship-building skills. A proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment. Strong stakeholder management capabilities. Commercial awareness and strong negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. Professional, confidential, and diplomatic approach. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
