Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist

Working closely with hiring managers and reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will help shape our talent pipeline and contribute to a positive candidate experience from the very first interaction.

This is a 180° recruitment role, focused primarily on talent attraction, sourcing, headhunting, and candidate preselection. You will participate in intake meetings with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define sourcing strategies, and build strong talent pipelines. While you will not initially be responsible for conducting full competency-based interviews, you will play a critical role in identifying and presenting high-quality candidates to the business.

Your Responsibilities

• Participate in recruitment intake meetings to understand hiring needs and team requirements.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract the best talent in the market.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct search.
• Build and maintain talent pools for current and future recruitment needs.
• Conduct candidate screening and prequalification conversations.
• Assess candidate motivation, skills, experience, and overall fit.
• Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers with clear recommendations.
• Manage candidate activity and recruitment workflows through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Your Profile. Who We're Looking For

• A first experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition is a must.
• A genuine interest in sourcing, recruitment, and attracting top talent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, curious, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Confidence in approaching and engaging candidates.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and social media platforms.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• A willingness to learn and develop expertise in sourcing and talent attraction.
• Full professional proficiency in Dutch, French, and English is required.
