About the role Position Overview As part of our International Sales Team , you’ll be at the forefront of our expansion in Europe, promoting and selling our eSignature and ID and Document verification solutions to targeted businesses. You will manage the full sales cycle – from identifying strategic opportunities to closing deals – while fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders across various industries, This is a full-cycle sales role focused on B2B customers, both direct and through partners. Your Responsibilities: As an International Account Executive Dach Market , your goal is to develop and convert leads into long-term clients, ensuring their continued success with Youtrust. What you will do: Generate and manage your own sales pipeline across inbound, outbound, and partner channels. Lead the full sales cycle : prospecting, qualifying, presenting, closing, and upselling. Understand your prospects’ business needs and clearly communicate Youtrust's value. Conduct tailored product demos, supported by our Pre-Sales Engineers. Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to improve customer experience and messaging. Accurately forecast revenue and maintain high-quality CRM data in Salesforce. About you You are above all a "dealmaker" 🤝 you express yourself with clarity and conviction in order to highlight the value of our solution. You know how to associate this quality with a great sense of listening to guide your interlocutor, and know how to negotiate with a win-win mindset. You’re self-motivated, highly adaptable, and driven to deliver results. You have: 3-5 years of consolidated B2B SaaS experience , with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, a strong outbound mindset, and the closing energy to get deals done. Excellent verbal and written communication in English & German (Mandatory) , Dutch, Danish, Spanish or French is a plus. Willingness to work from our Barcelona office in a hybrid setup (3 mandatory in-office days + 1 recommended). An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
