We are currently recruiting for an International Benefits & Payroll Specialist to join a luxury heritage brand based in Woking, Surrey.
The International Benefits & Payroll Specialist is responsible for the coordination, administration and continuous improvement of employee benefits across 9 countries, supporting a global employee population of approximately 250 employees.
The role will manage day-to-day benefits operations, support with annual renewals, market reviews, employee communications, provider performance and benefits data. It will also provide defined support for international payroll coordination which is outsourced. A hands-on, detail-oriented approach is essential, together with the ability to manage multiple country requirements in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Some repsonsibilities:
- Provide agreed support for international payroll coordination including UK absence cover.
- Check the monthly payroll outputs and ensure they are complete through to payment of payroll i.e. obtain approvals of payrolls, ensure payment/bank files have been submitted and processed by Finance, adhere to payroll calendars.
- Maintain accurate benefits data across HR, payroll and provider systems, supporting the transition to SuccessFactors and related integrations
- Complete data checks, reconciliations and audits, ensuring employee information is handled securely and accurately.
- Manage the day-to-day administration of global employee benefits, including enrolments, changes, leavers, eligibility checks and dependent updates.
- Act as the primary internal contact for benefits queries, providing clear and timely support to employees and People colleagues.
- Coordinate annual renewals, benefit reviews and enrolment windows, working with brokers, insurers, Procurement, Legal and Finance.
- Research market practice and benchmark benefit provision across relevant countries, preparing evidence-based recommendations for stakeholders.
- Support compliance with local benefits, pension, tax and data protection requirements across multiple countries, seeking specialist advice where needed.
- Maintain clear governance records, including approvals, renewal decisions, contracts, plan documents and audit trails.
This role is based in Woking and has hybrid working (3 days in the office)
