International Business Development Intern

Role Description The International Business Development Intern will support the growth of MantraCare’s global healthcare partnerships in a remote internship role. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with market research to identify new regions, sectors, and potential clients, and helping analyze competitive landscapes and customer needs. The intern will contribute to outreach efforts, prepare presentations and proposals, and support sales and partnership conversations with international stakeholders under the guidance of senior team members. Additional tasks may involve maintaining CRM records, tracking key performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing and product to align business development initiatives. This internship offers practical exposure to international business in a fast-paced digital health environment.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in International Business and International Business Development, with interest in global healthcare and digital health markets.
• Ability to conduct structured Market Research, including data collection, analysis, and insight generation for new regions and customer segments.
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with internal teams and external partners across diverse cultures.
• Basic Sales and relationship-building skills, with the ability to support lead generation, follow-ups, and preparation of client-facing materials.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, International Relations, Economics, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Comfort working independently in a remote setting, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM or sales tools) and willingness to learn new platforms.
• Prior internship or project experience in business development, consulting, or healthcare is beneficial but not required.
