Senior Account Director

Role Description The Senior Account Director at Moon Stone is a part-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. The person in this role oversees key client accounts, ensuring strong relationships, strategic alignment, and consistent delivery of high-quality services. Daily responsibilities include leading account planning, managing client communications, preparing proposals, and identifying opportunities for account growth. The Senior Account Director coordinates cross-functional project teams, monitors timelines and budgets, and resolves issues to keep projects on track. This role also involves mentoring team members, guiding performance standards, and contributing to business development and strategic planning activities.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Account Management and Sales, with a track record of building long-term client relationships and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong Team Management and Team Leadership skills, including the ability to coach, motivate, and develop diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Project Management, with experience overseeing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from planning through execution.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior client stakeholders and internal leadership.
• Strategic thinking abilities, including experience in developing account growth plans and contributing to broader business strategy.
• Comfort with hybrid work environments, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, account management) are an advantage.
• Prior experience in a senior client-facing or account leadership role, ideally within a professional services, consulting, or agency environment.
