Social Boost is a British Instagram marketing agency working with businesses, entrepreneurs, and creators across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, and other international markets.
We're looking for an International Client Success & Account Manager to manage relationships with our English-speaking clients, support their Instagram growth campaigns, and ensure they have a strong overall experience with our service.
This is primarily a client success and account management role, with some consultative sales conversations. It is not a social media content creation or posting role.
What You'll Do
* Manage your own portfolio of international clients through email, phone calls, and Google Meet.
* Guide new clients through onboarding and explain how their campaigns work.
* Handle progress, strategy, retention, and problem-solving conversations.
* Resolve client concerns professionally and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
* Advise clients on their Instagram growth campaigns, targeting, and overall strategy.
* Speak with potential customers, understand their goals, explain our services, recommend the most suitable option, and answer questions before they sign up.
* Maintain strong client relationships while managing multiple conversations and priorities.
Who We're Looking For
* Professional experience communicating directly with international, English-speaking customers is required, particularly those from markets such as the US, the UK, Canada, Australia, or Europe. Customer service experience limited to the Georgian/local market is not sufficient for this role.
* Strong spoken and written English is essential. As our clients come from a wide range of industries, you should be able to communicate naturally, discuss different topics comfortably on calls, and write professional emails with ease.
* Experience in customer success, account management, client services, customer support, sales, or a similar customer-facing role is strongly preferred.
* You should be organized and comfortable managing multiple client relationships and conversations at the same time.
* You should be friendly, enthusiastic, and genuinely enjoy communicating with clients.
* You should be comfortable using Instagram and familiar with its basic features. Full training on our service, campaigns, and internal processes is provided.
Who This Role Suits

You'll manage your own clients from onboarding onward, help resolve problems, discuss campaign strategy, speak with prospective customers, and play an important role in client satisfaction and retention.
