Social Media Manager

SMH Global is looking for a creative and organised Social Media Manager to manage the social media presence of several projects within our portfolio.

This is a hybrid position based in Tbilisi, Georgia, combining office-based and remote work.

• Develop and manage content plans for several projects;
• Create and publish engaging posts in English and Russian;
• Design visually appealing social media posts and adapt them for different platforms;
• Schedule content and maintain publishing calendars using content-planning software;
• Maintain a consistent visual style and tone of voice for each brand;
• Monitor performance and prepare regular reports;
• Suggest ideas to increase engagement and brand visibility.

• Previous experience in social media management and digital content creation;
• Strong written and spoken English and Russian are mandatory;
• Proven experience in designing social media posts;
• Knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma;
• Experience with content-planning and scheduling tools
• Ability to develop and manage content calendars for multiple projects;
• A portfolio or examples of previously created social media content and designs;
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills in both languages;
• Good understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and their content formats;
• Ability to manage several projects and deadlines simultaneously;
• Basic understanding of social media analytics;
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
• Availability to work in a hybrid format from our office in Tbilisi.

Experience in the iGaming, media, events, or B2B sectors will be considered a strong advantage.
