You will be working closely with our international business development department to ensure our success in the Croatian market. We are looking for a Business Development Representative with a healthcare background to support international patient treatment initiatives for a leading healthcare provider based in Istanbul, Turkey. While our partner operates internationally, you will be based locally in Croatia , serving as a trusted healthcare liaison and growth driver. This role is ideal for doctors or healthcare professionals who want to apply their clinical insight —while continuing to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes. Why this role is a fit for you? Local Representation: Serve as the face of our company in Zagreb and establish a strong local presence. Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for expanding our healthcare services within the Croatian market. Build professional relationships with healthcare stakeholders, referral networks, and decision-makers Revenue Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate revenue in the local market. Collaborate closely with international medical and business teams based in Istanbul Drive sustainable revenue growth while maintaining a strong patient-first mindset Local Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the local Croatian market, culture, and healthcare landscape. Minimum of 2 year health sector sales/business development experience (clinical, medical, or health-related business roles strongly preferred) Strong understanding of the Croatian healthcare system and patient pathways Fluency in Croatian and English (medical communication skills are a strong advantage) Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills to drive revenue and achieve business goals. Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset to identify opportunities and drive success. Excellent Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Reside in Zagreb or Split Ideal Backgrounds Include Doctors interested in healthcare management or international patient services Healthcare professionals transitioning into strategic or business-oriented roles Medical consultants, healthcare coordinators, or health sector sales specialists Salary + Performance-Based Premium: We offer a premium system based on the number of patients and generated revenue.
