Your main responsibilities will be:
Payroll Coordination
- Coordinate payroll activities across international entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely execution in line with local requirements.
- Act as the key interface between local teams, external payroll/social providers and Group Treasury, ensuring smooth payroll processing and salary payments.
- Oversee the collection, validation and transmission of payroll inputs, including employee movements and variable compensation elements.
- Coordinate post-payroll activities, including statutory payments, payroll-related taxes, accounting entries, reconciliations and related HR invoices.
HR Administration, Time Management & HRIS
- Coordinate the collection, validation and transmission of time management data impacting payroll, including sick leave, work accidents, vacation and other types of absence, ensuring accurate and timely communication to external payroll/social providers.
- Maintain and update employee records in Workday, including onboarding and termination data, employment contracts, addendums, job changes and salary history.
- Ensure HRIS data quality and provide day-to-day system support to local HR teams.
International mobility and Benefits Administration:
- Support the employees’ transfer across different countries and regions by facilitating and overseeing international assignments, supporting compliance with immigration, employment and social security requirements.
- Coordinate logistical aspects of international relocation, including housing arrangements, transportation, and support for employees and their families.
- Ensure the administration of expatriates’ global benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Support in setting up VIE files, monitoring Business France invoicing of VIE services and housing allowances.
Recruitment and onboarding central support:
- Provide central coordination support for recruitment activities across selected European countries.
- Maintain and regularly update job descriptions and related HR documentation.
- Support job posting, CV screening, candidate coordination and interview scheduling in collaboration with local teams and the HRBP Europe.
- Support onboarding preparation, new joiner orientation and related initiatives to ensure a consistent employee experience across countries.
Talent, Development & Employee Experience Support:
- Support the coordination and follow-up of key annual HR campaigns, including performance reviews, goal setting, Mid-Year Reviews, Talent Reviews and employee engagement surveys.
- Support Talent and succession planning activities and related follow-up.
- Coordinate Learning & Development initiatives with local HR teams, managers and the Corporate L&D team.
HR Projects & Regional Coordination:
- Coordinate and support regional HR, organisational and transformation projects in line with Europe priorities, in close collaboration with the HR Business Partner Europe and Corporate HR teams
- Support the implementation and harmonisation of Group HR policies, tools and processes across countries.
- Coordinate recurring HR data collection, reporting and preparation of regional HR follow-up materials.
- Facilitate coordination between local HR teams and Corporate functions, including HRIS, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development and Internal Communication.
- Contribute to process mapping, documentation and continuous improvement of HR practices across the Region.
- Coordinate and follow up on regional HR action plans, ensuring timely execution and escalation of key issues where required.
What kind of candidate are you looking for for this position?
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a broad HR generalist or HR coordination role, covering HR administration, within an international / multi-country environment.
- Solid exposure to HR administration, payroll coordination and employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience supporting HR projects and working with multiple stakeholders across countries.
- Exposure to Talent Management, L&D, employee engagement and performance management processes would be an advantage.
Required Skills :
- Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third European language, such as Spanish, would be a strong asset.
- Good command of HRIS, HR data, reporting and digital tools, with the ability to generate and analyse HR metrics.
- Excellent organisation and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across countries.
- Rigorous, hands-on and service-oriented mindset, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with active listening, empathy and the ability to work autonomously in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive HR information with a high level of discretion and integrity.
