Our offer: A varied and challenging role in a successful and financially stable company Personal and professional development opportunities in a dynamic environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and project work Further benefits are offered in line with local, country-specific policies Your responsibilities: Manage contracts and maintain business relationships with selected European key accounts Drive business development with existing and potential international customers, with a strong focus on sustainable growth Coordinate and respond to international (European) tenders Support local sales teams by providing insights and information on international accounts within the Messer Group Your profile: 10–15 years of sales experience, ideally across our full product portfolio (industrial gases, specialty gases, cylinder gases, bulk and onsite solutions) Proven strong sales and negotiation skills Languages: fluent in English; good knowledge of German; additional languages such as French or Spanish are an advantage Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different countries, cultures, and functions (sales and application management) Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 35 %) Remote status Hybrid Employment type Full-time About Messer SE & Co.
