Ideal candidates will bring demonstrable experience across strategic marketing, growth, customer strategy, insights, or related roles in complex organisations. They should possess a customer-first mindset, strong communication and analytical skills, and the confidence to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders across countries and functions.

The skills you will have when you apply:

  • Consulting Experience – Strategy consulting experience is preferred, but not mandatory; equivalent in-house strategy, growth or marketing experience is welcome.
  • Client & Market Research – Hands-on experience conducting market research and gathering client insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Thought Leadership Creation – Experience developing insight-led content and thought leadership that translates market trends, client needs and business expertise into compelling points of view.
  • Project Management – Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects, including digital, client insight and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Executive Reporting – Skilled in preparing and delivering strategic presentations, updates, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Data Analysis – Strong capability interpreting marketing data and insights to improve marketing performance.
  • Value Proposition Design – Experience developing tailored messaging and value propositions for industries and customer segments.
