We are currently seeking an International Mobility Specialist , reporting directly to the International Mobility Manager to join our HR / International Mobility team based in Nanterre / La Défense, France . About your team You will be part of the Global Mobility / HR team based in Nanterre. The team supports international assignments worldwide, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a high level of service for employees and business stakeholders. About the mission we offer you As an International Mobility Specialist, you will support all aspects of international mobility for expatriates and inpatriates, ensuring compliance while delivering a high-quality employee experience in a dynamic international environment. Job Description Starting Date: As soon as possible Main responsibilities Manage end-to-end international mobility processes (expatriation, impatriation, transfers) Coordinate assignment preparation and administrative processes Monitor immigration, visa, and work permit processes Ensure compliance with labor law, tax, and social security regulations Act as the main point of contact for employees and stakeholders Support cost estimation and preparation of mobility packages for projects Coordinate with HR, payroll, legal teams, and external providers Maintain accurate HR data and reporting Key interactions Internal: HR teams, Project Managers, Finance, Legal External: Immigration advisors, tax consultants, relocation providers, and authorities Role dimension Manage a portfolio of 100+ international assignees Operate autonomously with limited supervision About you We would love to hear from you and understand how you match this role.
