Build genuine relationships with people from different professional, cultural and geographic backgrounds who are exploring personal and professional growth and thinking about what they want next.

COMMUNICATE

Listen to where people are now and where they want to go. Have meaningful conversations, share information, answer questions and guide suitable individuals through an established discovery and follow-up process.

GROW

And while you’re helping others explore what’s possible, you’ll continue growing too.

Develop your own mindset, communication and leadership while learning and applying established digital systems that support international engagement, outreach and professional relationship building.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

This may particularly suit an experienced professional with approximately 8+ years of career, business or leadership experience who is comfortable working with people across different professional and cultural environments.

You may come from international business, partnerships, consulting, client relations, business development, people and culture, learning and development, education, professional services or another relationship-focused environment.

International or cross-cultural experience is highly regarded, but what matters most is your ability to connect naturally, communicate confidently and build trust with people from different backgrounds.

• You’re professionally mature, self-directed and comfortable taking responsibility for your own activity and outcomes.
• You’ll also need to be comfortable communicating by phone and Zoom, with strong professional English communication skills.
• And importantly, you still have a genuine desire to learn, grow and evolve.

WORK REMOTELY. CONNECT INTERNATIONALLY.

You’ll operate remotely while connecting with an established international community and participating in ongoing online training, mentorship and personal and professional development.

The educational programmes, digital systems, training and global infrastructure are already established.

You bring the drive. The infrastructure is there.

Approximately 15–20 focused hours per week is recommended, with the flexibility to structure your activity around your own schedule and goals.

IMPORTANT: HOW THIS IS STRUCTURED

This is not a traditional salaried employment position. It operates through an independent, self-employed model with performance-based compensation. There is no fixed or guaranteed income, and individual results vary depending on personal effort, skills, consistency and circumstances.
