International Project Manager (m/f/d).

• Role Description

As International Project Manager, you will be the central coordinator and execution driver for the entire post-sales partner lifecycle. Positioned directly at the intersection of Commercial Success and Technical Implementation, you will facilitate complex partner implementations and rollouts across international boundaries.

You will manage handovers from Sales, structure the delivery of technical integration tracks, align local market readiness requirements, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure partners achieve fast, audit-ready go-to-market execution.

Your end-to-end orchestration ensures on-time project delivery, high partner satisfaction, and predictable revenue expansion.

• Key Tasks

• End-to-End Journey Coordination: Lead the post-sales handover from Sales, establishing clear project charters, milestones, and governance for new international partners.
• Implementation Track Alignment: Coordinate technical implementation workflows in close sync with Implementation Managers, ensuring partner development teams successfully integrate with our products and finalize the onboarding programs on schedule.
• Cross-Functional Stakeholder Orchestration: Align internal resources (Product, Engineering, Compliance, Customer Success) with partner-side stakeholders (Product Leads, GTM Managers, Project Managers).
• Local Market Readiness & Support Execution: Work alongside local country teams to facilitate market-specific compliance requirements, localizing support workflows and ensuring smooth regional rollouts.
• Revenue Milestone Tracking & Success Handoff: Monitor rollout health, track deployment deadlines, and ensure seamless transition into long-term Customer Success account management to secure subscription growth and recurring revenue streams.

• Candidate Profile

• Experience: 3+ years in B2B Project Management, Technical Program Management, or Customer Onboarding within SaaS, FinTech, POS, or IT Software ecosystems.
• Project Governance: Strong expertise in structured project methodologies with a proven track record of orchestrating multi-stakeholder international software rollouts.
• Technical & Domain Acumen: Solid understanding of B2B software workflows, API-based software integrations, and regional market expansion dynamics (familiarity with POS ecosystems or fiscalization rules is a major plus).
• Communication & Languages: Excellent organizational, conflict-resolution, and executive presentation skills. Business fluency in English is required; German, French, Italian on top is a strong asset.
