About The Role:

As a Freelance Recruiter, you'll play a key role in identifying and engaging top talent for international positions. Working remotely, you'll have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while collaborating with a diverse, global team on recruitment projects across multiple markets.

Main Responsibilities:

• Source and attract qualified candidates for international opportunities.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates against client requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline while keeping recruitment records up to date.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless and efficient hiring experience.
• Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Adapt sourcing strategies based on hiring priorities, market trends, and business needs.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience
• Previous freelance experience with strong time-management and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a flexible, performance-driven environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• EU citizenship or the ability to invoice as a freelancer within Europe
