Are you an experienced international recruiter passionate about helping EU candidates find great blue-collar jobs abroad?

We’re looking for new recruitment partners to join our growing network.

• Earn up to €1,000 per candidate placed
• Access to verified vacancies from Dutch and EU employers
• No client acquisition required – we bring the jobs, you bring the talent
• Work remotely & on your own schedule
• Ongoing support, training, and collaboration
• Join a growing network of experienced international recruiters

• Source and recruit blue-collar workers (EU citizens only) for open vacancies
• Use your network or sourcing tools to find ideal candidates
• Conduct screening and shortlisting
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing → onboarding)
• Ensure great candidate experience throughout
• Collaborate with the Hire Abroad team on the process and feedback

Requirements:

• Proven experience in international recruitment (preferably blue-collar sectors)
• Able to source candidates from across the EU
• Self-driven and reliable with strong communication skills
• Fluent in English (other EU languages a plus)
• Able to work independently and deliver high-quality service
• Comfortable with online tools (ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
