Manage accounting documents: filing, organizing, scanning, and archiving financial records Process invoices and verify supporting documentation Maintain accurate data entry in accounting systems and spreadsheets Monitor invoice and payment status across departments Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules Coordinate with internal teams to collect and follow up on required documents Support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general accounting functions as assigned Handle administrative tasks including correspondence, copying, and document distribution Currently enrolled in a degree program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Basic understanding of accounting principles (preferred) Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks Clear communication skills and ability to work well with others Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality in a professional manner Your future job offers you.
