Entrando a far parte del Team Enterprise Platform sarai coinvolta/o nei progetti di digitalizzazione dei processi HR, scoprendo passo dopo passo come si traducono le esigenze di gestione delle persone in soluzioni digitali efficaci.

Nello specifico ti occuperai di:

• Affiancherai il team nei workshop con il cliente, contribuendo a raccogliere e documentare i requisiti dei processi HR.

• Parteciperai alla mappatura dei processi attuali e alla definizione di quelli futuri, individuando opportunità di semplificazione.

• Supporterai la configurazione delle piattaforme digitali, imparando a impostare flussi, form e regole di base.

• Caricherai e aggiornerai dati e strutture anagrafiche nel sistema, verificandone la coerenza.

• Parteciperai ai test funzionali e alle sessioni di verifica con gli utenti, segnalando e seguendo la risoluzione delle anomalie.

• Preparerai la documentazione funzionale e i materiali di formazione per gli utenti.

• Seguirai le fasi di go-live e di supporto post avvio, a contatto diretto con gli utenti.

• Crescerai accanto a colleghe e colleghi esperti, con un percorso di formazione dedicato e un affiancamento costante.

Come As You Are – Le tue competenze e caratteristiche

Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se:

• Sei neolaureata/o o prossima/o alla laurea in Ingegneria gestionale, Informatica, Economia, Psicologia, Scienze sociali o discipline affini.

• Hai interesse sia per il mondo digitale e i sistemi informativi, sia per i processi HR che questi supportano.

• Hai una buona dimestichezza con Excel e curiosità per la gestione dei dati; conoscenze di base di SQL sono un plus.

• Ti contraddistinguono precisione, spirito di analisi e voglia di imparare.

• Possiedi una buona padronanza della lingua inglese e attitudine al lavoro in team.

• Sei disponibile a trasferte in Italia e all'estero in base alle esigenze progettuali.

L'opportunità prevede un inserimento in stage con indennità mensile di 800€ per stage curriculare o 1.000€ per stage extracurriculare o in assunzione con inquadramento ai sensi del CCNL Commercio e RAL di ingresso: € 30.000, determinata sulla base di criteri oggettivi quali il titolo di studio e la valutazione del profilo rispetto ai requisiti della posizione.

Do you want to do truly meaningful, impactful work? At KPMG you will have the opportunity to help clients, organisations and colleagues tackle and solve complex, current challenges.

KPMG Advisory supports businesses in transforming their business models, improving and digitalising processes, as well as in risk analysis and management and extraordinary finance transactions.

As part of the Enterprise Platform Team, you will be involved in HR process digitalisation projects, discovering step by step how people management needs are turned into effective digital solutions.

Specifically, you will:

• Work alongside the team in client workshops, helping to gather and document HR process requirements.

• Take part in mapping current processes and defining future ones, identifying opportunities for simplification.

• Support the configuration of digital platforms, learning how to set up workflows, forms and basic rules.

• Upload and update data and master data structures in the system, checking their consistency.

• Take part in functional testing and verification sessions with users, reporting issues and following up on their resolution.

• Prepare the functional documentation and training materials for users.

• Follow the go-live and post-launch support phases, in direct contact with users.

• Grow alongside experienced colleagues, with a dedicated training path and continuous mentoring.

Come As You Are – Your skills and characteristics

This opportunity is perfect for you if:

• You are a recent graduate or about to graduate in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Psychology, Social Sciences or related fields.

• You are interested in both the digital world and information systems, and in the HR processes they support.

• You are comfortable with Excel and curious about data management; basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.

• You are distinguished by accuracy, an analytical mindset and a desire to learn.

• You have a good command of English and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.

• You are available for travel in Italy and abroad depending on project needs.

This opportunity is offered as either a paid internship with a monthly allowance of €800 for curricular internships and €1,000 for extracurricular internships, or a standard employment contract under the collective labour agreement for the commerce sector, with a starting gross annual salary of €30,000. The salary is determined on the basis of objective criteria, including educational qualifications and an assessment of the candidate's profile against the requirements of the role.
