About this Position

What you´ll do

• Join our dynamic and international Group Financial Controlling team at Henkel's headquarters in Düsseldorf and gain insights into how financial performance is steered across a global organization
• Explore a broad range of controlling topics, including planning, reporting, budgeting, performance management, strategic controlling and functional controlling
• Support financial analyses, management reporting, planning cycles and projects that contribute to decision-making and the way we gather, as well as utilize performance data
• Take ownership of selected processes and initiatives while collaborating with stakeholders across functions and businesses in an open and development-orientated environment
• Contribute your own ideas, challenge existing approaches, help identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working, and understand how our operations are structured and supported

What makes you a good fit

• Studies in business-related fields, preferably with a major in economics, management or finance
• Initial internship experience in finance, controlling or a related analytical field is preferred
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills; German is not mandatory
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledge; experience with Power BI and Copilot is a plus
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills combined with a genuine interest in finance and controlling
• Proactive, resilient, and eager to take ownership, learn, and drive improvements
• Availability as of January/February 2027, ideally for 5-6 months

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
